Reviews and Ratings
I was put in an accessibility room that felt like a bit of a dark hole, but the room itself turned out to be large, beautiful, comfortable, and ridiculously clean. The location of the hotel is stunning, creating a wonderful place to relax, though being isolated without a car might be a challenge. The dining experience was a bit overpriced and under quality, but the overall service, especially Jocksan's, was probably the best I've ever encountered.
Staying at the hotel felt like a dream come true with the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from our junior suite. The rooms were impeccably clean and offered luxurious amenities like a hot tub on the balcony. However, the service left something to be desired with staff seeming hesitant to assist. The secluded location, though stunning, meant limited accessibility to nearby attractions. Dining was a treat, accompanied by sightings of exotic birds, but options were somewhat limited. Overall, a mix of fantasy-like rooms and some service hiccups created a unique experience.
The room was spacious with a Jacuzzi, but it felt like being in the basement. The large terrace offered a sea view over the forest teeming with life, yet the public toilet had poor material and sad décor.
